Private Credit Portfolio Operations Analyst

 

Job Summary:

To better meet current and future client demands in the area of private credit fund administration, we are looking for experienced professionals to join our team. The Private Credit Portfolio Operations Analyst role encompasses data entry, data management, reconciliations, loan transaction processing, fund accounting and ad hoc reporting.  Due to our unique client base and diverse service offerings, there will be opportunities to participate in special projects, data migrations as well as workflow design and system enhancements. The position is a back-office role intended for candidates that have experience with fund administration and/or back office operations. Experience with syndicated and/or bi-lateral loans is required.

Main Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in interpretation and processing loan
    static data input into our propriety loan repository
  • Assist with processing scheduled and unscheduled
    loan transactions
  • Assist with document review and storage
  • Collaborate internally and externally to identify
    and resolve reporting breaks
  • Participate in special projects, data migrations
    and other initiatives  

Education, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline
  • 2+ years exposure to back office operations
  • Knowledge of  private credit / private equity vehicles
  • Knowledge of Bi-lateral and syndicated loan processing
  • Analytical and problem solving skills to assist in resolving issues
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
